EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

  • In the event of a product purchased from Araanz, a customer may avail of the 15 Days Exchange or Refund Policy, i.e., Full Money Back or choose another product of his choice within 15 days from the date of delivery of the Araanz product.
  • For any such Exchange/Refund, the customer shall make a request by contacting Araanz on email or calling Araanz's toll-free number during our operational hours.
  • For availing the Exchange/Refund, the customer will have to ensure providing:
    • Original Certification
    • Invoice Copy
    • Original Packing
  • If an Original Certificate is not produced, customer shall bear the cost of re-certification.
  • Quality Assurance Test will be undertaken to inspect and ensure quality of gold, diamond and gemstone and to determine any sign of wear, alteration, resizing or damage.
  • The Exchange/Refund will be considered only if there is no wear, alteration, resizing or damage and if there is any wear, alteration, resizing or damage, then the product sent to Araanz for return/exchange will be sent back to the customer at his cost and/ or there will be no refund of the money.
  • In case of Refund, the amount, after any adjustments/deductions, shall be transferred to customer's account within 10 days of the inspection result.
  • The exchange/refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid subject to any adjustments/ deductions. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
    In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
  • In the case of Exchange, the same terms of shipping, insurance and delivery as in the case of the original purchase shall apply. Araanz will have the product picked up within 7 (days) of receipt of request from the customer.
    In the case of Refund, the customer will send the product back to Araanz by accepting to pay for shipping and insurance. This will be done by paying Araanz's courier partner cash upfront while handing over the product. If the customer fails to pay cash upfront for shipping and insurance, Araanz will adjust the shipping and insurance charges from the Refund amount.
  • A customer may seek alteration of a ring or bangle purchased from Araanz within 15 days only. However, the customer will be liable for the two-way shipping and insurance charges as well as charges for repair/resizing.
  • The 15 Day exchange and refund policy is not applicable on the Gold Coins bought through the website; they will be exchanged under Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back policy after lapse of 15 days.
  • Araanz reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Exchange/Refund Policy at any time.

LIFETIME EXCHANGE/BUY-BACK POLICY

  • A customer may avail of the Lifetime Exchange/Buy-back Policy of a product purchased from Araanz at any time after a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the Araanz product.
  • For any such Lifetime Exchange/Buy-back, the customer shall make a request by contacting Araanz on email or calling Araanz's toll-free number during our operational hours.
  • For availing the Lifetime Exchange/Buy-back, the customer will have to ensure providing:
    • Original Certification
    • Invoice Copy
  • If an Original Certificate is not produced, customer shall bear the cost of re-certification. The cost for shipping and certification shall be borne by the customer.
  • For Lifetime exchange or buy-back of a product purchased from Araanz, the valuation of Diamond Jewellery will be valued at 80% of the prevailing value at the date of the exchange/buy-back rate after deducting making charges and LST/CST/GST/ VAT.
  • Jewellery made of gemstones shall be exchanged at 70% of the prevailing market value of the gemstones at the time of the exchange/buy-back and the value of gold shall be prevailing market value at the time of the exchange/buy-back.
  • Plain gold jewellery/gold coins shall be exchanged at the prevailing gold rate at the time of the exchange/buy-back after deducting making charges and LST/CST/GST/ VAT.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by Araanz and shall be binding on the customer.
  • For all Buy-Back transactions, VAT/GST at the applicable rate shall be adjusted from the Buy-Back value.
  • Araanz reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • The Lifetime exchange/buy-back shall be in the sole discretion of Araanz.
  • Araanz reserves the right to adjust the buy-back amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection. Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by any person / entity other than Araanz) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the amount due will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product.
  • In case of a refund on a lifetime exchange/buy-back, payment of any amount payable to the customer shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 15 days of completion of the inspection process.
  • In the case of Lifetime Exchange of the product purchased from Araanz, the customer will pay for two-way shipping and insurance charges.
    In the case of Lifetime Buy-back, the customer will be liable to pay for shipping and insurance charges for return of the product to Araanz.
  • Araanz reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Exchange/Buy-back Policy at any time.
