Our Diamonds are absolute conflict free and come with a certificate from a very well trusted laboratory HKD laboratories Canada. Our shopping experience is a hassle free process from the moment you browse our products to the payment and delivery.
All Diamonds on our website that are mounted in our Jewellery are authentic and certified by HKD laboratories Canada. The Gold we use in our products are all certified by the hallmarking scheme of India known as the Bureau of Indian Standards or commonly known as BIS.

Yes, buying with a certificate from a recognized laboratory such as HKD Laboratories Canada means that your diamond has the credentials to be recognized worldwide as a valuable item. At the time of resale, values of diamonds drop drastically when a certificate is not presented. Also a certificate ensures you about the authenticity and purity of your diamond purchased from ARAANZ.
Yes, we can arrange a duplicate certificate for you at a nominal cost.
Your jewellery will arrive in an elegantly styled gift box. We will put these boxes in a Tin box sealed and ship it to you free of cost and fully insured. We will have the diamond certificate and a copy of the invoice, bill placed in the box for your records.
Please do not accept any parcel from ARAANZ if the box is tampered in any form.

No, the chains are NOT a part of the Mangalsutra as shown.
Once you have selected the Ring of your choice, the next step is choosing your ring size. There is a Ring size chart that is provided for our customers to print. Please follow the instructions mentioned on the chart to successfully find out your Ring Size Chart.
With time, dust and daily wear can affect the beauty of diamond jewellery. For your convenience, you may visit our store for a complimentary cleaning of your ARAANZ diamond jewellery. Our trained professionals will check the setting for the security of the diamonds.
Between professional cleanings, ARAANZ recommends the occasional use of a nonabrasive cleaner for diamond jewellery. A mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia may be applied with a soft bristle brush. Jewellery with stones other than diamonds may need other care.
Making an Online Purchase
At ARAANZ it is easy to place an order online.
- First, you need to Select your favorite jewellery.
- Add the jewellery to your Shopping Cart and click on the Checkout.
- Enter your Name and Email Id and proceed further to Billing & Shipping.
- Then, enter your Shipping Address and proceed for payment.
- Select your Payment Option and Place your order.
Don’t worry, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email-id. We will also give you a confirmation call once the order is placed on your registered telephone number.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of placing the order.
You need to log in to your ARAANZ account from there you can track your order or kindly contact one of our customer care team members.

It takes us 10-12 business days to ship your product/s.

Yes. On the day of shipment, we'll email you a shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process. You may also track the shipment by clicking on “Track My Order” and feed in the tracking number provided by us in the email.
We give you free shipping when you buy any item from us.
Your jewellery is completely safe and fully insured till it reaches your doorstep.
You must provide us an alternative shipping address at the time of placing the order.
Sorry, we currently don’t ship internationally.
Refund and Exchange
In case you are not fully satisfied with our product and if you have a valid reason to return it, with the help of our 15 day refund policy, you can exchange or get the 100% refund, within 15 days of you receiving the order.
Dedicated customer team from 24x7 to contact our dedicated customer care team during our operational hours Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm or alternately you can send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
For our New Delhi customers, you may pick up any order you may have placed on our website from our one and only Flagship store located in New Delhi at our Janpath Connaught place store.
Once the product is ready, a team member from ARAANZ will send a pickup notification email or give a call on the number made while placing an order, and ask if the product should be delivered to you or if you will pick it up from our store. This service is however only applicable to our customers from New Delhi.
For customers outside New Delhi our courier partners will deliver your product to you free of cost and fully insured.
Please make sure you have:
1. A copy of your in-store pickup notification email.
2. A valid form of identification. If you send someone else, or a courier service, to pick up the item on your behalf, please ensure that they have a copy of your in-store pickup notification email along with their own *valid form of identification.
If a customer is unhappy with a product they have received they should be aware of our Refund, Exchange policies before contacting us. Once the Terms and Conditions are understood, feel free to contact us, and request for a pickup with our courier partner. Our courier partner will contact you to fix a time for pickup.
